Leasing nemovitostí patří mezi moderní nástroje financování nemovitostí. Jeho hlavní výhodou je flexibilita leasingových modelů, díky níž je dostupný nejen pro velké firmy, ale i malé a střední podnikatele a subjekty veřejného sektoru. Leasing of real estate is one of modern instrument of financing real estate. Its main advantage is flexibility of leasing model due to it is available not only for big company but is it available for small and middle entrepreneurs and subjects of public sector.
