Founding Plan of a New Established Company
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je popsána problematika zakládání finančně poradenské společnosti. Zakladatelský projekt je dokumentem, který popisuje společnost, její produkty, podnikatelské záměry a postupy, ekonomické podmínky a finanční potřeby. Za tímto účelem byla provedena vnitřní a vnější analýza podniku i ekonomický výhled.
Abstract:
In my bachelor work is written a fouding plan of financial consultancing firm. Founding plan has to be document which describes the company, products, business methods and processes, economical conditions and financial needs. In this case there are made internal and outer analyses of the company.
