Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na trasologické kriminalistické stopy. V první části práce jsou sepsány poznatky z historie trasologie, co vlastně je trasologická stopa a jaké druhy stop máme, dále jejich vznik, zviditelňování a zajišťování, a následně metody zkoumání jednotlivých druhů trasologických stop. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výpočty tělesné výšky na dobrovolnících z délky a šířky bosé i obuté nohy v obuvi a jejich porovnání. Cílem práce je vysvětlit podstatu a význam kriminalistické trasologie, která je využívána v kriminalistické praxi, a zhodnotit různé metody pro výpočet predikce tělesné výšky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on trasological criminalistic traces. The first part of the thesis describes the knowledge from the history of trasology, what is a trasological trace and what kinds of traces we have, then their creation, visibility and securing, and then methods of examining individual types of trasological traces. In the practical part, calculations of body height on volunteers from the lenght and width of barefoot and worn feet in shoes and their comparison are processed. The aim of the thesis is to explain the essence and importance of forensic trasology, which is used in forensic practice, and to evaluate various methods for calculating the prediction of body weight.
