Téma této bakalářské práce zní: „Jednotlivé dědické tituly´´. Občanský zákoník v roce 2014 přinesl mnoho změn a nových právních institutů týkajících se dědického řízení a dědického práva obecně. Z tohoto důvodu je začátek práce věnovaný základním rozdílům nynější právní úpravy s právní úpravou z roku 1964 (zákon č. 40/ 1964 Sb. – občanský zákoník). The bachelor thesis is called: ´´ Individual inheritance titles´´. In 2014, the civil code brought many modifications and new law institutes into the process of inheritance in general. That is the reason why the thesis beginning is dedicated to principal differences between the current legislation and the antecedent legislation from 1964 (Act No. 40/ 1964 Sb. – civil code).
