Diplomová práce se zabývá právním rozborem uspořádání, složení a fungování volených orgánů obce. Cílem práce je na základě vybraných kategorií obcí, tj. městys, městská část Prahy, město a statutární město, a dostupných informací o nich, znázornit fungování jednotlivých orgánů obce. The diploma thesis deals with legal analysis of organization, constitution and functioning of the elected local authorities. The main goal of the thesis is to illustrate the functioning of individual local authorities on the basis of selected categories of municipality, such as a town, a district of Prague, a city and statutory city, and available information about them.
