Abstract:

Ve své práci, nazvané ?Crohnova choroba v mladé populaci?, se zabývám zánětlivým onemocněním střev (označující se jako idiopatický střevní zánět), jenž je svými projevy a působením v populaci nevyzpytatelnou chorobou a může postihnout každého z nás. Zaměřila jsem se na problematiku této nemoci zejména u mladých lidi (věkové rozmezí 15 ? 30 let). Důvod, proč jsem si zvolila mladou populaci je, že jsou to jedinci, kteří dle mého názoru mají pořád dost času svůj život a zdravotní stav nějak ovlivnit - zejména prevencí, životním stylem, stravovacími návyky, působením ve společnosti, apod. Hlavním záměrem mé práce bylo teoretické přiblížení Crohnovy choroby (historie, příznaky, příčiny, diagnostika, léčba, prevence, dietní opatření). V empirické části jsem se snažila zjistit úroveň informovanosti mladých lidí o Crohnově chorobě a jejich osobitý přístup k životu. Ke zjištění úrovně informovanosti byla použita kvantitativní metoda formou dotazníků. Dotazník byl anonymní a sestaven srozumitelně. Výsledky šetření jsem zaznamenala pro lepší přehlednost do grafů a tabulek. Dále jsem si v empirické části stanovila hypotézy, které se mi z části potvrdily.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis, called Crohns illness in the young population, I am dealing with the inflammatory bowls disease (labelled as idiopathic intestinal inflammation), which is with its displays and effects in the population an unpredictable illness and can inflict everyone from us. I have concentrated on this problematic of this disease mainly by the young people (the age extent from 15 to 30 years). The reason for choosing the young population is that they are individuals, who, in my opinion, still have a lot of time to affect their life and health state - especially with prevention, life style, boarding habits, actuating in the society, etc. The main aim of my thesis was the theoretical explanation of Crohn?s illness (history, symptoms, causes, diagnostics, treatment, prevention, dietary measures). In the empirical part I have tried to find out the level of the knowledgeableness of the Crohn?s illness by the young people and their attitude to life. By finding out the information about the level of knowledgeableness was employed the quantitative and qualitative method by the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was anonymous and made very clearly. Results of the investigation were taken down for better lucidity into graphs and tables by me. In the empirical part I also prescribed the hypotheses, which were partly proved true by me.
