Statistical methods for classification of data quality in haematologic registries
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na registr Uniseven, který shromažďuje data o léčbě krvácení. Registr funguje od roku 2004, podílí se na něm 4 země, 74 nemocnic a přes 100 lékařů. Cílem práce je nalézt chybně zadaná data, zjistit nejpravděpodobnější příčinu vzniku kontaminace a vyčistit daný registr.
Abstract:
This is interested in register Uniseven, which gathers data about treatment of bleeding. The register started at 2004, it collecting dates from 4 countries, 74 hospitals and over a hundred of physicians. The main aim is find errors in data, find the most probable reason of errors and make register cleaner.
