Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vlivem zbytkových látek obsahující sodík v Mg-Al a Mg-Fe směsných oxidech na jejich vlastnosti a katalytickou aktivitu v transesterifikaci rostlinných olejů za dvou podmínek. Směsné oxidy byly připraveny kalcinací z hydrotalcitů syntetizovaných z prekurzorů chloridů a dusičnanů pomocí koprecipitace. Cílem bylo stanovit zbytkový obsah sodíku i prekurzorů a popsat jejich vliv na samotný směsný oxid a výtěžek transesterifikace. V teoretické části je popsána transesterifikace, druhy katalýzy, hydrotalcity, vliv různých prekurzorů na stabilitu hydrotalcitů v transesterifikaci a použité analytické metody (XRD, ICP/MS, SEM/EDX, TPD, GC). Byly připraveny 3 série hydrotalcitů: jedna byla připravena z chloridů hořčíku a hliníku, druhá z chloridů hořčíku a železa a třetí z dusičnanů hořčíku a železa. Hydrotalcity byly promyty různým množstvím redestilované vody (0,25; 3 a 5 l), aby v nich zůstal různý zbytek látek obsahujících sodík. Byla analyzována struktura, bazicita a katalytická aktivita připravených směsných oxidů. Bylo zjištěno že sodné ionty se nacházív hydrotalcitech a směsných oxidech připravovaných z chloridů ve formě chloridu sodného, zatímco v případě prekurzorů z dusičnanů se sodík nachází ve formě dusičnanu sodného. Bylo zjištěno že vznikající chlorid sodný nemá vliv na katalytické vlastnosti směsných oxidů při transesterifikaci, ale zanáší póry a tím snižuje povrch i množství směsného oxidu použitého do reakce.

Abstract:

The work deals with the influence of residual substances containing sodium in Mg-Al and Mg-Fe mixed oxides on their properties and catalytic activity in the transesterification of vegetable oils under two conditions. Mixed oxides were prepared by calcination from hydrotalcites synthesized from chloride and nitrate precursors by coprecipitation. The aim was to determine the residual content of sodium and precursors and to describe their effect on the mixed oxide itself and the yield of transesterification. The theoretical part describes transesterification, types of catalysis, hydrotalcites, the effect of various precursors on the stability of hydrotalcites in transesterification and the analytical methods used (XRD, ICP/MS, SEM/EDX, TPD, GC). 3 series of hydrotalcites were prepared: one was prepared from magnesium and aluminium chlorides, the second from magnesium and iron chlorides, and the third from magnesium and iron nitrates. The hydrotalcites were washed with different amounts of redistilled water (0,25; 3 and 5 l) to leave a different residue of sodium-containing substances in them. The structure, basicity and catalytic activity of the prepared mixed oxides were analysed. It was found that sodium ions are found in hydrotalcites, and mixed oxides prepared from chlorides in the form of sodium chloride, while in the case of nitrate precursors, sodium was found in the form of sodium nitrate. It was found that the resulting sodium chloride does not affect the catalytic properties of mixed oxides during transesterification but, clogs the pores and thus reduces the surface area and the amount of mixed oxide used in the reaction.
