Bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem nových i stávajících zaměstnanců ve společnosti FairCredit International, SE. Cíl práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit proces adaptace ve společnosti a následně formulovat návrhy na zlepšení průběhu adaptačního procesu. This thesis deals with the process of adaptation of new and existing employees at company named FairCredit International, SE. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the proces of adaptation in the company and then formulate suggestions for improvement the adaptation process.
