An object of this Bachelor’s work is to examine issues of euthanasia and assisted suicide from juridical aspect. First chapter describes terms closely connected with the topic, as well as it informs about history and forms of euthanasia. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je skúmať problematiku eutanázie a asistovanej samovraždy z právneho hľadiska. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá pojmami súvisiacimi s témou práce a zároveň formami a históriou eutanázie. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na názory politikov, lekárov, či náboženstiev.
