Abstract:
Voda je ve světě i u nás tradičním předmětem zájmu právní vědy. Česká doktrína nicméně dlouhodobě opomíjí soukromoprávní vztahy k vodám, kterým – až na výjimky – není věnována prakticky žádná pozornost. K tématu bylo u nás nejvíce vysloveno již v poměrně dávné minulosti, za účinnosti obecného zákoníku občanského; od té doby jde spíše o nahodilé poznámky více či méně s problematickou související. Water is a traditional subject matter of interest in legal science both in the world and in our country. However, Czech doctrine has long neglected private law relations to water, which - with a few exceptions - have received virtually no attention.
