Bakalárska práca s názvom Etický kódex a jeho úloha v podniku je orientovaná na vysvetlenie pojmov etika, morálka, podnikateľská etika a etický kódex. Teoretická časť približuje históriu etiky a vzťahy medzi etikou, morálkou a právom, s ktorými úzko súvisí. V druhej, analytickej časti zobrazujeme problematiku etického kódexu.
