Foreign language competence of employees of selected spa and wellness resorts in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá cizojazyčnými kompetencemi zaměstnanců ****lázeňských a wellness ubytovacích zařízení v Karlových Varech. Toto téma je dnes velmi aktuální. Cílem práce je analyzovat požadovanou cizojazyčnou úroveň zaměstnanců těchto vybraných hotelů a navrhnout metody vedoucí ke zlepšení současné situace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the foreign languages competences of the employees of spa and wellness **** hotels in Karlovy Vary. This topic is currently very recent. The aim is to analyze required level of foreign language skills of staff in these hotels in Karlovy Vary, as well as to propose improvements to the current situation and find suitable themes that may help.
