Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní adaptací školních psychologů. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na služby školního poradenství, oblast školní psychologie, a adaptaci nastupujících zaměstnanců. Empirická část diplomové práce shrnuje výsledky výzkumného šetření, jehož cílem bylo zodpovědět stanovené výzkumné otázky. V dané části práce jsou interpretována data, která byla získána analýzou rozhovorů. Cílem magisterské diplomové práce bylo poznat a popsat, jak probíhá pracovní adaptace školních psychologů.

Abstract:

The master's diploma thesis deals with the occupational adaptation of school psychologists. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on school counseling services, the field of school psychology, and the adaptation of incoming employees. The empirical part of the thesis summarizes the results of the research investigation. The aim of the research was to answer the predetermined questions. In this part of the thesis, there are interpreted data obtained through interview analysis. The main goal of the research was to find out and describe how is the occupational adaptation of school psychologists going.
