Abstract:

Práce popisuje problematiku hodnocení rizik na územním celku města Třemošná. Teoretická část práce se věnuje definici pojmů, legislativnímu a nelegislativnímu zakotvení problematiky, dále jsou definovány hrozby současnosti, rozřazeny do skupin a představeny. Následně je přiblížena problematika řízení rizik, její jednotlivé fáze a jsou představeny vybrané metody analýzy rizik. Závěrem teoretické části práce je popsáno zájmové území, jeho geografické a demografické podmínky, infrastruktura a krizová připravenost města. V úvodu praktické části jsou definované výzkumné otázky a identifikovány hrozby významné pro správní území města Třemošná. Dále je práce zaměřena na bližší představení a aplikování metody pro hodnocení rizik územních celků pro zkoumané území. Na závěr praktické části jsou výsledky interpretovány a pro vybraná rizika jsou navrhnuta opatření k jejich minimalizaci.

Abstract:

The thesis describes the issue of risk assessment in the territorial unit of the Třemošná town. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the definition of terms, the legislative and non-legislative anchoring of the issue, then the current threats, which are divided into groups and introduced. Next, the issue of risk management is introduced with its individual phases and selected methods of risk analysis will be presented. The conclusion of the theoretical part of the work describes the territory of interest, its geographical and demographic conditions, infrastructure, and crisis preparedness of the city. In the introduction to the practical part, research questions are defined and the threats, significant to the administrative territory of the Třemošná town, are identified. Afterwards the work is dedicated to a more detailed presentation and application of the method for risk assessment of territorial units for the investigated territory and, at the end of the practical part, the results are interpreted and measures to minimalize some selected risks are proposed.
