Diplomová práce "Právo a morálka" uceleně zpracovává pohled na vztah práva a morálky z hlediska historického vývoje i nahlížení dnešní moderní společnosti. V zájmu zachování komplexity úvodem vymezuje teoretické pojmy právo, morálka, právní a morální normy a sankce.
