Diplomová práca sa zaoberá rozhodcovským nálezom a je rozdelená na dva celky. Prvý sa zaoberá rozličnými doktrinálnymi prístupmi k rozhodcovskému nálezu, špecifikami ohľadom neexistencie záväznej definície rozhodcovského nálezu a snahou autora bližšie popísať charakteristické znaky rozhodcovského nálezu.
