Diplomová práce na téma Dispozice s podnikem. Cílem práce je zhodnotit právní úpravu smlouvy o prodeji podniku a smlouvy o nájmu podniku dle obchodního zákoníku.
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is treatment of an enterprise. I analyze a contract of sale of an enterprise and a contract on lease of an enterprise according act no. 513/1991 Coll., obchodní zákoník, as amended.
