Ensuring the Security of Children's and Sports Grounds Against Vandalism and Rioting

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou zajištění bezpečnosti dětských a sportovních hřišť ve vybrané obci před vandalismem a výtržnictvím. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na historickoprávní vstup do problematiky vandalismu a výtržnictví, popis problematiky objektové bezpečnosti, metody a způsoby možného zajištění ochrany. V praktické části je posouzeno stávající zajištění bezpečnosti hřišť ve městě Valašské Meziříčí, na vybraných dětských a sportovních hřištích jsou navrženy možné varianty zajištění bezpečnosti či zvýšení stávající bezpečnosti včetně vyčíslení nákladů pro realizaci dané varianty. V práci jsou použity metody analýzy a syntézy, indukce a logiky, pozorování a srovnávání. Metody umožňují autorovi myšlenkově rozložit a sjednotit zkoumanou oblast, formulovat cíle a závěry, systematicky sledovat a hodnotit pozorované oblasti, vypracovat hodnocení a navrhnout varianty zajištění bezpečnosti. Čtenář práce získá ucelený přehled nad zkoumanou oblastí, nabyde povědomí o úrovni zabezpečení bezpečnosti hřišť a sportovišť a seznámí se s možnostmi zajištění této bezpečnosti prostřednictvím navrhovaných variant.

Abstract:

The thesis addresses vandalism and disorder in children's and sports playgrounds in a selected municipality and ways to ensure their safety. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the historical and legal introduction to the issue of vandalism and disorder, description of object security, methods and ways of possible protection. The practical part assesses the existing security of playgrounds in the town of Valašské Meziříčí, and proposes possible variants to ensure security or increase the existing security at selected playgrounds. This includes the estimation of costs for the implementation of a given variant. The methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and logic, observation and comparison are used in the thesis. The methods allow the author to mentally decompose and unify the researched area, formulate objectives and conclusions, systematically monitor and evaluate the observed areas, develop an assessment and propose options for ensuring safety. The reader of the thesis will gain a comprehensive overview of the researched area, gain an understanding of the level of security provision in playgrounds and sports grounds and become familiar with the possibilities of providing this security through the proposed variants.
