Práca sa venuje problematike počítačových sietí s priamym zameraním na tvorbu Virtuálnej privátnej siete v podniku. Môže poslúžiť aj ako návod pri samotnej tvorbe VPN. V prvej časti je priblížený princíp a technológie VPN s protokolmi, ktoré sú využívané pri tvorbe virtuálnych tunelov na zabezpečený prenos dát po verejnej počítačovej sieti. Thesis deals with the problem of computer networks with a direct focus on the creation of Virtual private network in the company. It can also serve as a manual for creating VPN itself. In the first part there is introduced principles and technology of VPN protocols that are used to create virtual tunnels for secure data transmission over public computer networks.
