Dried blood spot (DBS) is a form of taking a very small sample of capillary blood from patient. Before implementing the use of a new method of sampling for an analyte, it is always necessary to assess it‘s stability during the process. Suchá krvná škvrna (DBS) je forma odoberania veľmi malej vzorky kapilárnej krvi od pacienta. Pred zavedením využívania novej metódy vzorkovania pre analyt je vždy nutné pri nej posúdiť stabilitu daného analytu. Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na stabilitu klozapínu v DBS.
