Cílem této bakalářské práce je objasnění auditu a znázornění auditu účetní závěrky v praxi. Práce je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První kapitola znázorňuje zákony a předpisy, kterými se řídí audit, právní vymezení auditu a dalších pojmů. Ve druhé kapitole je popsána účetní závěrka a vše související s účetní závěrkou. The aim of this work is to clarify the representation of audit and audit of financial statements in practice. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter gives the laws and rules governing the audit, the legal definition of audit and other concepts.
