Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá tématem obecní policie, její roli v zajištění bezpečnostisystému obce, města a státu. Teoretická část se zabývá historií, vymezení legislativy pročinnost, úkoly, hierarchie, porovnání se státní policií, hodnosti, role v IZS. Praktická částse zabývá popisem funkcionality a výsledkům obecní policie v Praze a dalším menšímměstě, kdy je proveden dotazník pro veřejnost, který se zajímá o znalosti široké veřejnostia její názor a vnímání obecní policie.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis deals with the topic of municipal police, its role in ensuring the securitysystem of the municipality, city and state. The theoretical part deals with the history,definition of legislation for the activity, tasks, hierarchy, comparison with the state police,ranks, role in the IZS. The practical part deals with the description of the functionalityand results of the municipal police in Prague and other smaller cities, where a questionnaireis conducted to the general public, which is interested in the knowledge of the general publicand their opinion and perception of the municipal police.
