Abstract:
Tato práce řeší zpracování studie využitelnosti k zadanému území. Cílem této práce je navrhnout optimální a pro investora nejvýhodnější řešení dané lokality. Při řešení daného úkolu jsem se zaměřil na zhodnocení území, analýzu trhu a kvalitní návrh, který koresponduje s omezeními na řešeném území. This work solves the usability study of given locality. The aim of this work is to design optimal and the best solution of given locality. When solving the task I focused on the assessment of the territory, market analysis and good design that corresponds with restrictions on the investigated area.
