Position of Regional Self-government in the Process of the Public Administration Reform in the CR

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou postavení a organizace územní samosprávy v procesu reformy veřejné správy v České republice. První kapitola přináší výčet pojmů, které jsou předmětem veřejné správy. Navazující druhá kapitola popisuje historický vývoj veřejné správy a územní samosprávy v období od počátků raného středověku do roku 1989. Třetí kapitola je věnována samotné reformě veřejné správy v České republice v rámci jednotlivých etap. Poslední kapitola analyzuje modernizaci ústřední státní správy v České republice a zároveň přináší zhodnocení výsledků této reformy, její efektivitu a dostupnost.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with the characterization of a position and organization of a regional self-government in the process of public administration reform in the Czech Republic. The firts chapter includes the terms specification which are the points of public administration. Successive second chapter describes historical development of public administration and regional self-government in the period from the Early Middle Ages to 1989. Third chapter is dedicated to the reform of public administration itself during individual periods in the Czech Republic. The last chapter analyses modernization of central state administration in the Czech Republic and brings results analysis of this reform, its efectivity and avalability.
