Práce popisuje sexuální delikvenci jak z psychologického, tak z právního hlediska. Dále se zabývá otázkami ohledně ochranného léčení, zabezpečovací detence, trestů za sexuální trestné činy a biologické léčby. The thesis describes sexual offenses in psychologically and legally way. It also deals withthe isme of protective treatment, security detention, punishments and biological treatment. It describes the isme of the register of sex offenders and it mentions some of the countries in which registration is successful.
