Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zákonnou regulací lobbingu v Polsku. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy spojené s termínem lobbing, regulace lobbingu a měření regulace lobbingu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with legal regulation of lobbying in Poland. The theoretical part defines basic terms related to lobbying, lobbying regulation,measuring of lobbying regulation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse regulatory measures and instruments using the methodology of the Center for Public Integrity ("Hired Guns")and of the topography of lobbying regulation.
