Evaluation of the effectiveness of investments - small hydroelectric power station

Anotace:

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Úvodem je podrobně rozebrána investiční činnost, druhy investic a způsoby financování investic. Dále je konkrétně popsána malá vodní elektrárna a její výstavba. Teoretické poznatky jsou využity v metodách hodnocení efektivnosti investice do malé vodní elektrárny. V závěru je provedeno posouzení, jaká možnost financování investice je pro investora nejvýhodnější.

Abstract:

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment. By way of introduction is discussed in detail the types of investments, investment activities and ways of financing investment. Furthermore, it is more specifically described small hydroelectric power station and its construction. Theoretical knowledge is used in the methods of the effectiveness of investments in small hydroelectric power station. In conclusion, it is carried out an assessment of the posibility of financing investments, what is the most advantageous for the investor.
