The options for housing financing covered by State Housing Developement Fund

Abstract:

ANNOTATION OF THE WORK This thesis solves the common housing problem in Slovakia: How to gain the sufficient source of money, which would be able to cover all the required housing needs. Special attention is targeted on a State Fund Housing Development (SFHD) and the common procedures of the successful grant application approval. At the beginning there is a preview of the basic options of the housing financing as is the personal estate purchase and their self comparison. Then it is targeted on a self option of the SFHD funds gaining. Author describes all the possible ways and purposes, where and how can be funds placed correctly, mentioned the special state aid conditions. Thesis is divided to the six parts and contains tables, graphs and the list of the common shortcuts. In a progress of this thesis creation, there’ve been used several third party’s sources, mainly as: the literature sources, various magazines, law sources - targeted to the objectives of this work; internal rules of the State fund housing development and the Internet as well. Closing parts of thesis describe the author observations mentioned her new knowledge, gained through the process of this work creation, and it contains the summary of the main problems identification, mostly fount and observed in a process of the SFHD funds gaining as a part of the practical experiences.

ANOTÁCIA PRÁCE Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike získavania finančných zdrojov pre uspokojenie potrieb bývania na Slovensku, predovšetkým prostredníctvom Štátneho fondu rozvoja bývania. Práca obsahuje prehľad základných možností financovania obstarania nehnuteľností a ich stručné porovnanie. Podrobnejšie sa venuje skúmaniu možností získania finančných prostriedkov vo forme podpory zo Štátneho fondu rozvoja bývania. Autor popisuje jednotlivé účely na ktoré sa dá podpora čerpať s vymedzením podmienok zo strany štátu. Práca je rozdelená do šiestich častí. Obsahuje tabuľky, grafy a zoznam skratiek. Pri tvorbe diplomovej práce boli využité rôzne zdroje a to najmä odborná literatúra, časopisy, zákony venované danej problematike, vnútorné postupy fondu a tiež internet. Záverečné časti popisujú postrehy autora pri prehlbovaní poznatkov v danej oblasti ako aj identifikáciu problémov súvisiacich s financovaním nehnuteľností na bývanie prostredníctvom Štátneho fondu rozvoja bývania v praxi.
