Abstract:
Amorfní chalkogenidy systému Ge-Sb-Te mají mnoho potenciálních i reálných aplikací. Patří mezi ně i záznam dat pomocí reversibilní fázové změny mezi krystalickým a amorfním stavem. Přeměny krystalický-amorfní stav lze indukovat optickými nebo elektrickými pulsy, což je doprovázeno výraznou změnou optických (reflektivita) nebo elektrických (měrný odpor) vlastností. Amorphous chalcogenides of Ge-Sb-Te system have many potential and real applications. One of them are data storage applications based on phase change between crystalline and amorphous states (= phase-change memories).
