Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Neživotní pojištění“ je celkem rozdělena do devíti kapitol. První teoretická část práce se zabývá historií a vývojem pojišťovnictví, českým a světovým pojistným trhem, státní regulací v pojišťovnictví, dohledem v pojišťovnictví, zprostředkovatelskou činností v této oblasti. V závěru teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na významné segmenty trhu neživotního pojištění, které jsou důležité pro občany. V praktické části, v kapitole osm, jsem se zabýval vývojem trhu neživotního pojištění v letech 2006 -2010 v ČR. Zde jsem se konkrétně zabýval počtem pojišťoven na trhu, jejich vlastnickou strukturou a výší předepsaného neživotního pojistného v letech 2006-2010. V závěrečné kapitole jsem srovnával nabídky vybraných pojišťoven v oblasti on-line pojištění nemovitostí a s tím související pojištění domácností a odpovědnosti za škody. V závěru vyhodnotím konkrétní nabídky a optimální varianty.

Abstract:

Diploma work dealing with general insurance (other than life insurance) is divided into nine chapters. The first, a theoretical one, concerns history and development of the insurance business, the Czech and global insurance markets, state insurance business regulation, insurance authority and mediation activities in this area. At the end of the theoretical part, I focused on important segments of the general insurance, which are important for citizens. In the practical part, in chapter eight, I dealt with the development of the general insurance in the Czech Republic in the period from 2006 to 2010. Namely, I dealt with the number of insurance companies on the market, their ownership structure and the level of the required general insurance from 2006 to 2010. In the final chapter, I compared offers of the selected insurance companies in the area of on-line real estate insurance and related household and legal protection insurance. At the end I evaluated concrete offers and optimum options.
