The dominant virulence factors of family \kur{Campylobacteraceae}

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na dominantní faktory virulence čeledi Campylobacteraceae konkrétně na rody Campylobacter a Arcobacter. Cílem práce je shrnout doposud získané poznatky z výzkumů, vědeckých publikací a studií virulentních faktorů, včetně základních charakteristik čeledi a rodů. Dominantní faktory virulence se člení do několika základních skupin, a to na adhezivní, invazivní, toxické, pohybové a chemotaxní.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on dominant virulent factors of family Campylobacteraceae mainly on genera Campylobacter and Arcobacter. The aim was to summarize previously acquired knowladge from researchers, academical publications and studie sof virulent factors. Thesis also includes the basic characteristics about the family and both genera. Dominant virulent factors are devided into few basic groups such as adhesion, toxicity, motility and chemotaxis.
