Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá základními právy a povinnostmi, které vyplývají ze základního pracovněprávního vztahu. Tímto vztahem je myšlený pracovní poměr mezi zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem, ale i pracovní vztah vytvořený na základě dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr. Čerpáno z legislativních zdrojů závazných v České republice.
