Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the screening of SSR markers suitable for differentiation of the cabbage varieties (Brassica oleracea conv. capitata). The basic description of the cabbage is described in the literary review. In the next part the thesis is focused on description of molecular methods, especially methods of SSR.
