Abstract:
Chromozomová aberace je změna genetického materiálu na chromozomální úrovni. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje v první části výzkumu chromozomových aberací v minulosti a příčině jejich vzniku. V další části se zaměřuje na rozdělení aberací na numerické a strukturní. To je doplněno i příklady některých syndromů a jejich krátkou charakteristikou. A chromosomal aberration is a change in the genetic material at the chromosomal level. The first part of this bachelor's thesis is devoted to the research of chromosome aberrations in the past and the causes of their occurrence.
