Bakalářská práce se zabývá parametry a obchodními podmínkami hypotečních úvěrů na bydlení v České republice. Je zaměřená na hypoteční úvěry pro fyzické osoby. V první části je teoretické a legislativní vymezení hypotečních úvěrů. Dále jsou hypoteční úvěry rozděleny dle účelu a poté jsou charakterizovány parametry mající vliv na poskytnutí úvěru. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the parameters and business conditions of mortgage loans for housing in the Czech Republic. It focuses on mortgage loans for individuals. The first part is a theoretical and legislative definition of mortgage loans.
