Abstract:

Commonwealth a Frankofonie představují mezinárodní kooperativní struktury, které sdílí řadu podobných charakteristických rysů, v mnoha ohledech jsou však značně rozdílné. Cílem práce bylo na základě teoretické stati určit typ mezinárodní kooperativní struktury, který Commonwealth a Frankofonie představují, a dále identifikovat společné prvky i rozdíly, kterými se tyto struktury vyznačují. Pro výzkum byla použita metoda komparativní analýzy. Obě společenství byla identifikována jako mezinárodní vládní organizace. V z ávěru jsou nastíněny některé problémy, se kterými se Commonwealth a Frankofonie v současnosti potýkají, a možné budoucí cíle a směřování organizací.

Abstract:

"The Commonwealth of Nations" and "l'Organisation internationale de la Francophonie" are distinct international cooperative structures which share a number of common characteristic features. The objective of this thesis was to indentify the type of cooperative structure they represent and compare them in order to distinguish similar and diff erent attributes of each structure. Comparative analysis was used as a method of research.Both entities were eventually identi ed as "international governmental organizations"(IGOs). Their current situation and new agenda and possible goals for the future are outlined in the conclusion.
