The Models of Interorganisational Cooperation in System of Employment Services

Abstract:

Cílem magisterské diplomové práce s názvem Modely meziorganizační spolupráce v systému služeb zaměstnanosti je analyzovat současný stav meziorganizační spolupráce v systému služeb zaměstnanosti. Autorka práce se zaměřila na analýzu modelů řízení a poskytování sociálních služeb, analýzu meziorganizačních aktivit realizovaných v systému veřejných služeb zaměstnanosti i v soukromém sektoru. V teoretické části práce byla nastíněna teoretická východiska, především modely governance podle Marka Considina, pojetí meziorganizační spolupráce různými autory a očekávaný vývoj forem spolupráce organizací směrem k marketizaci. Ve výzkumu byla zvolena metoda kvantitativních výzkumných strategií, konkrétně techniky dotazování.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis named The Model sof Interorganisational Cooperation in Systém of Employment Services is to analyze the current state of interoganisational cooperation in sysem of employment services. Author of this thesis was interested in analysis of models of governance and offering social services, inanalysis of interorganisational activities which are realised in system of public employment services and in private sector. In the theoretical part of this thesis were defined theoretical bases first of all model sof governance according to Mark Considine, koncept of interorganisaional cooperation accordin to various authors and expected development of forms of cooperation in organisations toward the marketisation. In the research has been used the quantitative research strategy, concretely the technique of questionnairies.
