Teambuilding as a Tool of Sport Manager in Order to Improve Teamwork
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou teambuildingu, konkrétně zkoumá to, jak může aplikace teambuildigového programu pomoci sportovnímu týmu a jeho manažerovi k efektivnějšímu fungování. V práci je navržen teambuildingový program pro konkrétní sportovní tým s jeho následnou realizací a vyhodnocením.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the process of teambuilding, especially how can teambuilding programme improve teamwork in a team and help the members of team to do their work more effectively. In this thesis is described the whole teambuilding programme for concrete sports team with the following realization and the final evaluating.
