Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je nastavit hodnotící kritéria a řízení výkonu dispečerů CDP (Centrální dispečink provozu terminálu) Letiště Praha, protože současné nastavení je nevyhovující a hodnocení a řízení výkonu je zkreslené. Systém řízení a hodnocení pracovního výkonu na letišti v Praze je nastaven zatím pouze pro top management, liniové manažery a specialisty. Teoretická část práce se zabývá touto problematikou v obecné rovině, která je dále použita v praktické části diplomové práce. Praktická část popisuje, jak je nově nastaven proces hodnocení a řízení pracovního výkonu dispečerů CDP. Do této doby tento proces nebyl nastaven, hodnocení probíhalo náhodně, nepravidelně a neobjektivně. Právě proto bylo nutné se touto problematikou zabývat, protože na základě dlouholetého pozorování a připomínek jednotlivých zaměstnanců dispečinku bylo nutné nastavit jednotný a přesně měřitelný systém. Pokud se tento systém osvědčí, což bude potvrzeno po uplynutí několika měsíců, tak bude možné tento systém hodnocení nastavit i pro všechny řadové zaměstnance napříč celým podnikem Letiště Praha, pokud bude projeven zájem jednotlivých manažerů organizačních jednotek.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to set benchmarks and performance management dispatchers CDP (Central operational dispatch) of Prague Airport, as the current setup is unsatisfactory evaluation and performance management is distorted. At the Prague airport management system and performance appraisal is set so far only for top management, line managers and specialists. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with this issue in general, which is further used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part describes how to set up a new process of evaluation and performance management dispatchers CDP. By this time the process has not been set, the evaluation was carried out at random, irregular and unfairly. It was therefore necessary to address this issue, because after extensive observations and complaints of individual employees was set a uniform and accurately measurable system. If this system is successful, which will be confirmed after a few months of practicing, it will be possible to set the rating system for all regular employees across the company Prague Airport if there would be interest of organizational units managers.
