Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kontaminace skořápkových plodů mikroorganismy. Teoretická část se zmiňuje nejprve o významných obsahových látkách skořápkových plodů a pozitivním vlivu konzumace skořápkových plodů na zdraví člověka. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of contamination of nuts with microorganisms. The theoretical part at first mentions some important substances of nuts and the positive effect of nuts consumption on human health.
