Breathing apparatuses as equipment of professional rescue teams

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval dýchací technikou ve vybavení profesionálních záchranných týmů ? tedy Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje územního odboru Ostrava a Hlavní báňské záchranné služby Ostravsko Karvinských dolů a.s.. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné rozdělení dýchací techniky, typologii, popis jednotlivých typů dýchacích přístrojů a specifikaci konkrétních druhů dýchacích přístrojů, které se využívají v praxi. V další části jsem popsal fyziologii dýchání, která úzce souvisí s používáním dýchací techniky. Dále tato kapitola obsahuje problematiku vlivů působících na spotřebu dýchaného média. Cílem praktické části bylo poskytnout přehledné shrnutí parametrů dýchací techniky, kterou jsou vybaveny záchranné jednotky Hasičský záchranný sbor Moravskoslezského kraje územního odboru Ostrava a Hlavní báňská záchranná služba Ostravsko Karvinských dolů a.s. a vyhodnotit vybavenost záchranných jednotek jednotlivými druhy dýchacích přístrojů. Údaje pro tuto část bakalářské práce jsem získal na základě průzkumu na pracovištích záchranných jednotek a spolupráce s pracovníky zastupujícími protiplynová pracoviště jednotlivých záchranných složek. Zpracoval jsem zde souhrnné tabulky, ve kterých jsem vyhodnotil jednotlivé parametry dýchacích přístrojů, jejich výhody a nevýhody. V závěru této bakalářské práce jsem, na základě zjištěných informací, provedl analýzu četnosti využití dýchacích přístrojů vzduchových s otevřeným okruhem a kyslíkových s uzavřeným okruhem u zásahů hasičských a báňských záchranných jednotek.

Abstract:

In this bachelor?s work, I was dealing with the breathing technology within equipment of professional rescue teams ? i.e. Fire Rescue Service of the Moravian Silesian Region of the Territorial District Ostrava and Main Mining Rescue Service of Ostrava ? Karviná Mines. The theoretical part contains a general classification of the breathing technology, typology, description of particular machines and specification of particular areas of the breathing machines used in practice. The next part describes the breathing physiology closely related to the breathing technology use. THis chapter further contains the points at issue related to effects on consumption of the breathing medium. The practical part is focused on provision of comprehensive survey of breathing technology parameters the above mentioned organizations are provided with and to evaluate the rescue teams equipment with particular types of the breathing units. I obtained the data for this part of the bachelor?s work upon the basis of the survey within workplaces of rescue teams and cooperation with workers representing gas protection workplaces of particular rescue units. I elaborated there comprehensive tables in which I evaluated particular parameters of the breathing machines, their advantages and disadvantages. In conclusion, I analysed based on found information the rate of use related to the breathing machines i.e. open circuit air machines and closed circuit oxygen units within deployment of fire and mining rescue units.
