Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma ,,Diskriminace na trhu práce? se zabývá nerovností přístupů na trhu práce. V teoretické části je definován pojem diskriminace a jsou zde uvedeny typy, důvody a bariéry. Dále je blíže věnovaná pozornost vybraným typům diskriminace na trhu práce. Je zde popsán trh práce. Nezaměstnanost a sociální dávky v nezaměstnanosti mají blízký vztah k diskriminaci na trhu práce, a proto jsou také součástí. Také je zmiňovaná úloha sociální pedagogiky k danému problému. Snahou práce je nastínit možnosti obrany proti diskriminaci na trhu práce mimosoudní cestou. Jsou představeny české právní normy a legislativa Evropské unie vztahující se k diskriminaci na trhu práce a především antidiskriminační zákon. V empirické části jsou uvedeny kauzy řešené v rámci diskriminaci na trhu práce. V této části jsou zaznamenány výsledky sociologického průzkumu uskutečněného v kraji Praha.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis titled ?Labor market discrimination? deals with unevenness of approaches at the labor market. In the Theoretical section, the concept of discrimination is defined including the types, reasons and barriers. Furthermore, selected types of the Labor market discriminations are reviewed and discussed in detail. Labor market is described here. Unemployment and supplementary benefits in unemployment are closely related to the labor market discrimination, therefore being part of this section as well. The role of the social pedagogic on the given matter is also mentioned. The aim of this Thesis is to outline the possibilities for defense against the labor market discrimination by means of out-of ?court settlement. Czech juridical norms as well as the European Union legislation related to the labor market discrimination and most importantly the antidiscrimination law are introduced. In the Empirical section, several law suits conducted in the area of labor market discrimination are discussed. Also in this section, the results of the sociology survey conducted in Prague region are recorded.
