Abstract:

Diplomová práce zpracovává tématiku dočasné pracovní neschopnosti jak z pohledu pracovního práva, tak i práva sociálního zabezpečení v současné právní úpravě a poskytuje komplexní přehled o dané problematice. Zmíněna je též předešlá právní úprava a její komparace se současnou právní úpravou a taktéž související mezinárodní úprava. Stěžejní část této vědecké práce se věnuje vzniku, režimu a zániku dočasné pracovní neschopnosti a souvisejícím institutům. Rovněž je analyzována i problematika hmotného zabezpečení v době trvání dočasné pracovní neschopnosti za pomoci praktických příkladů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of temporary incapacity for work from the perspective of labour law and social security law in the current legislation and provides a comprehensive overview of the issue. The previous legislation and it's comparison with the current legislation and the related international regulation are also mentioned. The main part of this scientific work deals with the emergence, regime, and extinction of temporary incapacity for work and related institutes. It also analyzes the issue of material security during the period of temporary incapacity for work using practical examples.
