Tato práce se zabývá návrhy na racionalizaci řízení nákladů v konkrétním podniku. Práce je rozdělená na část teoreticko – metodickou a část analyticko – praktickou. V první části jsou definovány a rozděleny náklady a popsány metody a nástroje řízení nákladů.
