Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku nájemních cen bytů na území města Brna. Konkrétně je předmětem této práce pomocí modelu hédonické ceny na reálných datech odhadnout determinanty, které mohou ovlivňovat výši nájemného. This diploma thesis is focused on the rental prices of apartments in the city Brno. Specifically, in this thesis the hedonic price model is used on real data to estimate the determinants that can affect the rental price.
