Náplní této práce je sestavení přijímače pro monitorování rádiového spektra pomocí systému softwarově definovaného rádia. Purpose of this thesis is the construction of RF - spectrum monitoring receiver based on software defined radio system. Publicly available hardware parts of SDR sysstem and advanced functions of intuitive software tools make possible to assemble such receiving device nowadays without serious implementation problems.
