Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na využití kapilární izotachoforézy v environmentální a elementární analýze. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, z nichž první se zabývá stanovením síranů a siřičitanů v přítomnosti hydrogenuhličitanů ve vzorcích alkoholických a nealkoholických nápojů. This thesis focuses on the use of capillary isotachophoresis to environmental and elemental analysis. The work is divided into two parts, the first deals with the determination of sulphates and sulphites in the presence of bicarbonates in samples of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
