Supplying of the paper mill Mondi Štěti, a.s.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá podnikem, který vyrábí papírové produkty. Cílem je najít slabá místa v přepravních a zásobovacích procesech a navrhnout lepší řešení. Po analýze nákladů na dodávky bude stanoveno nákladové rozložení, identifikující cenově vhodné dodávky a lepší využití zdrojů.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the supply company that manufactures paper products. The goal is to find vulnerabilities in transportation and supply processes and propose better solutions. After analyzing the supply costs will be determined cost distribution, identifying inexpensive supplies of wood cost, and make better use of resources.
