Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vývoje strukturální nezaměstnanosti v České republice. Změny, které nastaly po roce 1989, ovlivnily a stále ovlivňují ekonomiku našeho státu. The bachelor work devotes the problem of evolution the structural unemployment in the Czech Republic. Changes, which started after 1989, have influenced the economy of our state. The first part of the work expresses the market of labour, follow the unemployment and its details - the important part is the introduction of the active labour policy.
